the hostel was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the shared bathroom was spotless. The location was peaceful with good local bars and restaurants nearby. The managers were kind and accommodating, even providing a power adapter upon request.

Inadequate bathroom facilities.

I recently stayed at Hostel Terminal 4 and had a less-than-ideal experience. The host was not present when we needed her in the morning and did not answer the emergency contact number. However, the cleaning staff came by and helped us after an hour of trying to reach someone. It was inconvenient and annoying to not have the necessary information upon arrival. The location is physically close to the airport, but I recommend staying in the city center for a more enjoyable visit to Lisbon.

The hostel itself was warm and welcoming, with beautiful decor and clean spaces. The amenities were new, neat, and tidy, including satellite TV, an espresso machine, and a well-equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the shared bathroom was very clean with all the necessary essentials. The check-in process was smooth, and the managers were kind and helpful. Clara even went above and beyond to get me an international power adapter and provided a delicious included breakfast.

Can't recommend this hostel highly enough.

We had a fantastic stay at Hostel Terminal 4. the location was perfect as it is just a few minutes away from the airport, making it very convenient for us. the breakfast provided was also quite decent. We were impressed by the online check, in and check, out process, which Klara, the super host, efficiently handled. the kitchen facilities were excellent, and we were even able to find private accommodation suitable for our family with a baby. the cleanliness of the place was impeccable, thanks to the diligent cleaning lady. We are truly grateful for Klara's exceptional hospitality during our 9, night stay.

My stay at Hostel Terminal 4 was great. The location was only 20 minutes away from the airport, making it extremely convenient for my early morning flight. The private room I stayed in was clean and had plenty of space for two people. I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even leaving me a little bag with breakfast since I was leaving early. The equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing me to prepare meals. I would highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget-friendly option near the airport.

There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there was no hot water in the bathroom, which made showering a bit of a challenge.

The location was incredibly convenient, just one subway stop away from the airport. the hostel was clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and lockers for storage. Carla, the owner, even packed me a sandwich and chocolate milk for breakfast since I had an early flight. Included towels and soap were a nice touch.

During my recent stay at Hostel Terminal 4, I was delighted to discover their thoughtful gesture of preparing a breakfast package with early flights. It made my morning so much easier, allowing me to grab a quick bite before heading to the airport. the convenience of using UBER to reach the airport within minutes was a major plus point.

Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as the bed creaking and the shared toilet and shower disrupting sleep, I was fortunate to have a comfortable and undisturbed rest. The overall cleanliness of the hostel, including the well-equipped kitchen, added to the positive experience.
